OUR JOURNEY

SINCE 2012

Nepal Mountain Assistance embarked on its charter service mission in 2012, spearheaded by a pioneer in medical rescue operations across Nepal. With extensive experience navigating the rugged mountain landscapes, we have honed our expertise in flight assistance and medical evacuations in the High Altitude Region. By adhering to the highest quality standards for helicopter charter services, we’ve earned our reputation as one of Nepal’s safest and most reliable providers.

Our Vision & Commitment

Born out of dedication and aspiration, Nepal Mountain Assistance strives to be the most adaptable and dependable helicopter charter service in Nepal. Our goal is to set new safety standards within the country’s aviation sector while enhancing Nepal’s tourism landscape. Wherever you need to go, we guarantee a safe, swift, and efficient journey, ensuring your return is just as seamless.

Why choose Nepal Mountain Assistance

We take calculated measures to help you traverse some of the world’s most challenging mountain environments. With over 1,000 successful rescues and a success rate exceeding 99%, we are well-equipped to respond swiftly, thanks to our extensive network in remote areas. Our 24/7 emergency hotline ensures that we’re always available when you need us the most.

Empowering Communities

Nepal Mountain Assistance’s key strength is empowering local communities in remote areas with emergency rescue training, including first aid and response techniques. This enables locals to start the rescue process immediately, even before official teams arrive.

By equipping these communities with life-saving skills, the organization accelerates rescue operations, allowing locals to stabilize victims while helicopters and professional teams are en route. This approach has significantly improved rescue efforts in Nepal’s challenging mountainous regions.

Earthquake Response

Nepal Mountain Assistance rescued over 40 Israeli visitors during the April 25th 2015 earthquake rescue and rehabilitation process. Easy Heli helped several local schools in reconstruction, and transported cargo free of cost in Dhading, and Khumbu. There was a lot of work done in close coordination with Shesh Ghale and his team as well.

Repatriation

Nepal Mountain Assistance stands out because of the heart that is put into the work. They have repatriated a Swiss climbers body back to his family, 2 years after his tragic passing away, as a way of giving back to the country where  learned so much about mountain rescue and rehabilitation.
